Mini Balloon Pillar set up usually take place the same day of the event. Please let us know what time will your event start. We will arrange our team to set up and get it all ready by at least an hour before the event start.
Electric point is required for us to use to inflate the balloons. A room or space for the team to work is very much appreciated.
Balloon set up on site require advance booking. Especially peak season so do plan early as possible to avoid disappointment.
Advance order at least 3 - 7 days to make sure we have all the necessary items such as the balloon colours of your choice and other materials for your event.
Standard event set up timing :
- 9:00am - 6:00pm Monday to Saturday.
- Sundays / Public Holidays and Odd Hours (example 5:00am - 8:30am & after 7:00pm): Additional Surcharge applies.

Important Thing To Take Note:
- Standard delivery service applies to building entrance for delivery drivers. You will require to collect the bubble balloon from the delivery driver at the entrance of the mall/condo/apartment lobby only. (Additional RM 5.00 for door-to-door service especially for high rise commercial building, shopping mall, condominium, hospitals etc. Our team will contact you if additional RM5.00 is required)
- Delivery Schedule:
Monday - Saturday: 10.00am - 7:00pm. Sunday: 1.00pm - 7:00pm.
AEON Big Subang Jaya: 10.00am - 8.00pm
